What you will do
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Partner Account Executives, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Own the aggregate SMB sales quota, driving opportunity creation, deal progression, and new business closure through partners and MSPs.
- Oversee the team's execution of the full partner-focused sales process, from prospecting to partner-led deal closure.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with distribution, business development, and marketing teams.
- Define and guide go-to-market strategies for incremental pipeline gains and strategic channel partner recruitment.
- Monitor sales activity, analyze data, and maintain expert-level understanding of products and competitors to effectively coach the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3-5+ years of sales experience in Tech, SaaS, or Security.
- 1-2+ years of experience managing or leading a sales team (Inside Sales or Channel experience preferred).
- Proven ability to hire, train, and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
- Strong understanding of channel sales models, partner enablement, and the full sales cycle.
- Proficiency in forecasting, pipeline management, and using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
