What you will do

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Partner Account Executives, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Own the aggregate SMB sales quota, driving opportunity creation, deal progression, and new business closure through partners and MSPs.
  • Oversee the team's execution of the full partner-focused sales process, from prospecting to partner-led deal closure.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with distribution, business development, and marketing teams.
  • Define and guide go-to-market strategies for incremental pipeline gains and strategic channel partner recruitment.
  • Monitor sales activity, analyze data, and maintain expert-level understanding of products and competitors to effectively coach the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of sales experience in Tech, SaaS, or Security.
  • 1-2+ years of experience managing or leading a sales team (Inside Sales or Channel experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to hire, train, and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales models, partner enablement, and the full sales cycle.
  • Proficiency in forecasting, pipeline management, and using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
