TL;DR

Global Associate Product Marketing Manager (Medtech): Driving global marketing strategy and execution for the sterilization assurance portfolio with an accent on portfolio growth, market adoption, and customer engagement through deep market insights and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on managing the full product lifecycle, conducting comprehensive market research, and creating compelling, data-driven sales enablement content.

Location: Remote (US). Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for employment visa status. Relocation assistance may be authorized.

Salary: $143,200–$196,900

What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the sterilization assurance portfolio.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of products, including new introductions, transitions, and end-of-life planning.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and voice-of-customer initiatives to inform portfolio decisions.
  • Create compelling sales tools, training materials, and customer-facing content to support field teams.
  • Serve as the marketing lead in cross-functional portfolio teams, influencing decisions with data-driven insights.
  • Accelerate market development in specific regions and drive strategies around standards of care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in portfolio or product marketing, preferably in medical devices or healthcare technology.
  • Experience launching medical device products in a global environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for employment visa status.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically/internationally.
  • Willingness to enter healthcare or other third-party facilities requiring specific credentials (e.g., licenses, vaccinations).

Nice to have

  • MBA degree.
  • Proven success in product marketing and lifecycle management, including P&L.
  • Familiarity with the Sterilization market and the Department of Surgery (OR).
  • Experience with driving sales enabling activities with global teams.
  • Experience managing Class II durable medical devices.
