What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the sterilization assurance portfolio.
- Manage the full lifecycle of products, including new introductions, transitions, and end-of-life planning.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and voice-of-customer initiatives to inform portfolio decisions.
- Create compelling sales tools, training materials, and customer-facing content to support field teams.
- Serve as the marketing lead in cross-functional portfolio teams, influencing decisions with data-driven insights.
- Accelerate market development in specific regions and drive strategies around standards of care.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in portfolio or product marketing, preferably in medical devices or healthcare technology.
- Experience launching medical device products in a global environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for employment visa status.
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically/internationally.
- Willingness to enter healthcare or other third-party facilities requiring specific credentials (e.g., licenses, vaccinations).
Nice to have
- MBA degree.
- Proven success in product marketing and lifecycle management, including P&L.
- Familiarity with the Sterilization market and the Department of Surgery (OR).
- Experience with driving sales enabling activities with global teams.
- Experience managing Class II durable medical devices.
