Location: Remote (USA), must be based in Illinois

Salary: $85,000—$100,000 USD

What you will do

• Sell Abnormal security solutions to your defined territory, aiming to overachieve new annual recurring revenue quota.
• Manage Mid Market accounts from initial conversations through signing contracts and up-selling.
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities with Mid Market accounts to supply sufficient pipeline.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure timely renewals and identify expansion sale opportunities.
• Act as the voice for the customer/prospect with internal teams including Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience selling in cybersecurity.
• 4 years in an individual contributor sales role.
• Must be based in Illinois.
• Disciplined pipeline generation across channels (prospecting, marketing, referrals, partners).
• Strong ability to qualify needs and present ROI-driven value to stakeholders.
• Experience thriving in early-stage, resource-constrained environments.

Nice to have

• MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or Command of the Sale sales methodology training.
