What you will do
- Lead and develop a high-performing account management team, providing coaching and guidance.
- Drive client-centric strategies and foster relationships with Private Equity Groups and their portfolio companies in the Home Services Business.
- Oversee a portfolio of high-value accounts, monitoring performance, identifying growth opportunities, and managing churn risk.
- Partner with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Service Delivery) to ensure seamless execution and innovative client solutions.
- Leverage data and KPIs to guide decision-making, optimize processes, and manage client and business risks.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients and internal teams on digital marketing strategy and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in account management or client services, ideally within a digital marketing agency.
- 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring teams, with a track record of driving performance and development.
- 2+ years managing private equity portfolios or leading a book of strategic or high-value accounts with end-to-end ownership of revenue growth, client success, and long-term partnership strategy.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing strategy, performance channels, and the tools that power scalable growth.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Success.
