AWS Cloud Sales Specialist (Cloud/Sales): Recruiting new AWS partners and driving AWS services opportunities, with an accent on expanding annual recurring revenue and net revenue retention. Focus on identifying new SMB opportunities and positioning AWS solutions, while also achieving quarterly sales objectives.
Location: Hybrid in Mississauga, Canada (2 days remote per week)
Salary: $82,000–$92,000 CAD per year (includes commission)

What you will do
- Recruit new AWS partners to expand Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and maintain Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
- Identify new SMB opportunities and support partners in positioning AWS solutions.
- Drive AWS Services opportunities focusing on assessments, migrations, and AI workloads.
- Present Ingram's value proposition, identify customer needs, and track CRM opportunities.
- Develop relationships with key internal and external contacts.
- Participate in company events to attract customers and achieve assigned quarterly sales objectives.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in managing customer portfolios.
- Experience in sales cycles (orders, pipeline, CRM).
- Effective communication, management, and priority planning skills.
- Collaboration skills for teamwork (sales, pre-sales, operations, marketing).
- AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification required.
Nice to have
- Fluency in French.
- AWS Certified AI Practitioner.
- Technical understanding of cloud computing and AWS solutions.
