Working for an Elite FinTech client, this role focuses on Site Reliability Engineering for their low latency Linux estate.

What you will do

• Build, design, and support automated solutions for scalable deployment across private and public cloud infrastructure.
• Support and optimize a low latency Linux estate within a trading environment.
• Automate project and business-as-usual activities wherever possible.
• Manage and support Linux systems.
• Work with configuration management tools like Chef, Puppet, or Ansible.
• Support containerized environments using Kubernetes, Docker, or Podman, and build CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• Strong Linux experience.
• Experience with Chef, Puppet, or Ansible for configuration management.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or Podman.
• Strong CI/CD knowledge.
• Python scripting experience.
• Experience supporting low latency Linux estates.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Helm, Pulumi, Bicep).
• Disaster Recovery knowledge.
• Experience with Block or Blob Storage.
• Experience with High Performance Computing (HPC).
