What you will do

• Investigate and resolve complex infrastructure issues reported by internal teams.
• Provide technical guidance and support across multiple technical domains.
• Design and build tooling to strengthen internal operational capabilities.
• Create and maintain runbooks and documentation for knowledge sharing.
• Mentor junior SREs on best practices and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Implement improvements to monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Site Reliability Engineering or equivalent systems administration experience.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Strong background in Linux/Unix systems administration.
• Understanding of CI/CD, deployment strategies, and networking concepts.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) and general system architecture.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform, Golang, and Python.
• Experience working in a cross-functional capacity across multiple teams.
• Familiarity with compliance and change management processes.
