TL;DR

Lead Development Representative (Sales): Fueling sales productivity through critical research and enrichment tasks, focusing on identifying key decision-makers and gathering strategic business insights. Location: Hybrid: Required to go to the office 1-2 days a week if within ~40 miles (64 km) of a hub office in Glendale, CA, Chicago, IL, Salt Lake City, UT, St. Louis, MO, or Plano, TX.

What you will do

  • Enrich contacts and accounts, reducing administrative burden for XDRs.
  • Conduct market research to identify target companies and key decision-makers (approx. 16 per day).
  • Gather strategic business insights to personalize sales messages.
  • Engage directly with prospective accounts through ~10 targeted calls daily to verify information.
  • Draft high-impact personalized emails and voicemail scripts.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to prioritize high-value lists and accounts.
