What you will do

  • Research and identify potential customers using targeted prospecting strategies.
  • Engage with leads through email, social media, and phone to generate interest.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to execute campaigns and initiatives.
  • Gain knowledge of hirify.global’ products, solutions, and market positioning.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, engaging presence.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn about sales and technology.
  • Comfortable making calls, writing professional emails, and connecting with prospects.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
