What you will do
- Research and identify potential customers using targeted prospecting strategies.
- Engage with leads through email, social media, and phone to generate interest.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to execute campaigns and initiatives.
- Gain knowledge of hirify.global’ products, solutions, and market positioning.
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, engaging presence.
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn about sales and technology.
- Comfortable making calls, writing professional emails, and connecting with prospects.
