• Create compelling narratives to guide customers through change processes.
• Monitor change initiatives effectively, understanding performance and impacts, and managing risks with appropriate governance.

Requirements

• Strong influencing skills and the ability to build purposeful relationships with team members and partners.
• Prior experience in managing initiatives and change from inception to delivery.
• Keen interest in developing product experience by learning from skilled Product Managers.
• Ability to simplify complex information to articulate product 'stories' and goals clearly.
• Be a self-starter, capable of planning and prioritizing your own workload and balancing multiple deliverables.
• An analytical mindset, comfortable collaborating with analytics teams to generate insights and monitor success metrics.
