What you will do

• Serve as a strategic partner to the CPO on daily decisions and executive communications.
• Prepare Board presentations and represent the CPO in key meetings with proxy authority.
• Lead annual strategic planning, quarterly OKR process, and optimize CPO's time and effectiveness.
• Drive strategic projects including M&A product integration, major platform migrations, and product portfolio rationalization.
• Manage Product Leadership Team meetings, facilitate innovation governance, and consolidate executive reporting.
• Support budget planning, resource allocation, and track strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years in strategic program management or chief of staff roles.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS product organization.
• Strategic thinking and executive presence.
• Exceptional communication, influence, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in operational excellence and change management.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid context-switching.
