Salary: £120,000–£130,000 + Bonus and Equity

• Define and sequence the global mortgages roadmap aligned to strategic goals.
• Lead structured discovery to validate desirability, viability and feasibility.
• Translate complex, ambiguous problem spaces into focused workstreams.
• Drive informed trade-offs across UX, revenue and build constraints.
• Partner with Design, Data and Commercial stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in mortgages or adjacent financial products.
• Proven experience shaping new product propositions from first principles.
• Strong product judgement within complex or regulated environments.
• Commercial awareness with a value-exchange mindset.
• Confidence in influencing senior stakeholders without direct line authority.
