Product Manager (Fintech)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Fintech): Owning the strategy and vision for marketing and existing customer lending platforms, collaborating with product areas to manage prioritization of key lending outcomes for existing customers across all areas of the business. Focus on short and long-term business strategy and improving payments processing.

Location: Hybrid role requires you to come to our London office 2-3 days a week. Option of working from abroad for up to 120 days a year subject to having the right to work in the country of choice.

What you will do

• Collaborate with the front-end product manager to deliver target customer experience leveraging technology platforms.
• Own the strategy and vision for marketing and existing customer lending platforms, while collaborating with other platform owners.
• Support a bank-wide single customer view to power customer engagement strategies.
• Day to day delivery of the LendX back-end roadmap owning quarterly OKRs and outcomes that enable the strategy.
• Collaborate with all product areas within hirify.global to manage prioritization of key lending outcomes for existing customers across all areas of the business.
• Build close relationships with key stakeholders to collaborate on improving payments processing.

Requirements

• 5+ years working in a product role, ideally UK lending focused at a Fintech, or consumer facing Financial Institution.
• Passionate about Product and comfortable working in an Agile product team environment.
• Product experience with lending platforms and / or CRM platforms.
• Excited by hirify.global’s journey and full of ideas to help us continue to grow.
• Outcomes focused and highly proactive, taking ownership of the product’s success.
• Experience acting as a leader in cross-functional teams.
