TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Fintech, Payments): Defining and delivering the Payments Processing strategy and roadmap for Zopa's products, with an accent on supplier relationships, payments architecture, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on optimising payments to and from Zopa products quickly, safely, and at scale while driving innovative payment features.

Location: Hybrid in London (2-3 days a week in office). Option to work from abroad for up to 120 days a year, subject to having the right to work in the country of choice.

What you will do

  • Own and define the Payments Processing strategy and vision, aligning with business goals.
  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of the Payments Processing roadmap and quarterly OKRs.
  • Collaborate closely with all product areas and stakeholders to prioritise key payment outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with Product, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations, and Finance teams.
  • Manage supplier relationships for Payments Processing, working with the Payments Director and Procurement.
  • Monitor and improve Payments Processing KPIs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in a payments product environment, ideally UK payments-focused.
  • Experience at a Fintech or consumer-facing Financial Institution.
  • Passionate about Product and comfortable in an Agile product team.
  • Outcomes-focused and proactive, taking ownership of product success.
  • Actively engaged in the payments industry, using knowledge for strategic thinking.
  • Experience acting as a leader in cross-functional teams.
