What you will do
- Achieve sales and profitability for a portfolio of international strategic accounts.
- Prepare, sell, and implement business plans with brands, understanding their needs and ecosystems.
- Build strong internal relationships to ensure business solutions and operational excellence for strategic accounts.
- Design and execute comprehensive multi-year business plans leveraging the full hirify.global ecosystem.
- Maintain a cross-service and international view of the account throughout the partnership.
- Prospect key brands to initiate business on hirify.global services (flash sales, marketplace, media).
Requirements
- Degree in business or marketing.
- At least 6 years of experience in key account management.
- Ideally, experience on international projects.
- Strong prospecting, sales negotiation, and objection handling skills.
- Ability to understand financial issues (P&L, depreciation), manage a budget, and ensure commercial follow-up (KPIs).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with different teams.
- Good command of Excel and fluent English.
