TL;DR

Strategic Account Manager (E-commerce): Achieving sales and profitability targets for a portfolio of strategic accounts on an international scope with an accent on designing and executing comprehensive multi-year business plans. Focus on positioning hirify.global as a strategic partner, understanding brand needs, and ensuring operational excellence across all markets.

Location: Hybrid in Saint-Denis, France (minimum 3 days on site and up to 2 days at home).

What you will do

  • Achieve sales and profitability for a portfolio of international strategic accounts.
  • Prepare, sell, and implement business plans with brands, understanding their needs and ecosystems.
  • Build strong internal relationships to ensure business solutions and operational excellence for strategic accounts.
  • Design and execute comprehensive multi-year business plans leveraging the full hirify.global ecosystem.
  • Maintain a cross-service and international view of the account throughout the partnership.
  • Prospect key brands to initiate business on hirify.global services (flash sales, marketplace, media).

Requirements

  • Degree in business or marketing.
  • At least 6 years of experience in key account management.
  • Ideally, experience on international projects.
  • Strong prospecting, sales negotiation, and objection handling skills.
  • Ability to understand financial issues (P&L, depreciation), manage a budget, and ensure commercial follow-up (KPIs).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with different teams.
  • Good command of Excel and fluent English.
