What you will do

• Provide project leadership and take overall responsibility for project execution and results.
• Secure project deliverables according to contract and project charter.
• Plan and break down projects into phases, meeting tollgates and milestones within time, budget, and quality.
• Drive project productivity using global reusable solutions, processes, and systems (OFCE, Planview, SAP, OHS, Quality, Project Governance).
• Identify, develop, monitor, and control project risks.
• Manage scope changes and issue variation orders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-time experience as a Commercial Project Manager or equivalent.
• Demonstrated inclusive leadership skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
