TL;DR

Loans Digital Product Manager (Fintech): Shaping and delivering products and digital journeys for loans customers with an accent on driving incremental growth and enhancing customer experience. Focus on continuous optimisations of digital buying journeys, analysing performance with Adobe Analytics and Power BI, and effectively communicating insights.

Location: Hybrid, requiring at least two days per week in one of the office sites located in Chester, Halifax, Leeds, Manchester, Newport, or Cardiff, United Kingdom.

Salary: £61,344 – £68,160

What you will do

  • Work with and empower a team of specialists to solve problems that drive value and enhance the customer experience.
  • Drive incremental performance by understanding customer needs and removing friction through digital buying journeys.
  • Create and analyse digital journey performance using Adobe Analytics and Power BI.
  • Communicate performance stories effectively to collaborators, influencing decisions.
  • Ensure all change is effectively monitored and performance and impacts understood, whilst managing risk.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in digital customer journeys, conversion optimisation, and e-commerce guidelines.
  • Ability to interrogate and interpret data, with experience with Adobe Analytics and Power BI.
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to make purposeful relationships.
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo and finding opportunities for automation and innovation.
  • Skilled in turning complex datasets into actionable insights and clear performance stories.
  • A self-starter with the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload, whilst balancing multiple deliverables.
