TL;DR

Salary: Β£85,000–£105,000

What you will do

  • Craft clear commercial strategies across channels, products, and markets for Business Banking.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of initiatives and financial performance, using data to adapt strategies.
  • Develop compelling business cases for product expansion and distribution initiatives.
  • Craft pricing strategies and business models for products.
  • Own the initial phases of new product and commercial initiatives from zero to one.
  • Present and gain alignment on strategy at senior forums.

Requirements

  • Strong track record of defining and successfully delivering commercial success for a business line.
  • Significant experience in a high-growth startup/scale-up, driving high-impact P&L initiatives.
  • Strategic mindset, capable of seeing the bigger picture and anticipating future trends.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with analytical rigor and commercial viability.
  • Adaptability, ownership, and ability to thrive in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments.
  • Exceptional ability to connect dots across the business, foster collaboration, and influence without authority.
  • Experience building and growing business products or financial/software products in a high-growth company.
