What you will do

• Lead automation and electrification projects from inception to completion, ensuring project goals, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resourcing, including managing equipment procurement.
• Define project objectives, scope, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders, identifying opportunities for additional scope.
• Manage project risks and issues, developing contingency plans and communicating progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, supply chain) to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams for effective communication and collaboration.
• Provide regular project status updates and assist with proposal development for Class A projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related field, with a focus on automation and electrification technologies.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering automation and electrification projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of automation and electrification technologies, industry standards, best practices, and emerging trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Proficient in project management tools, including MS Project, or equivalent.
• Legally entitled to work in the USA.
• Ability and willingness to travel to domestic and international sites (typically 5-20%).

• Ability to register as a Professional Engineer.
