TL;DR

Care Navigator (Spanish): Assisting members through their mental health care journey by providing clinical needs assessments, coordinating care, and managing crises with an accent on empathetic communication and problem-solving. Focus on delivering high-quality member satisfaction and ensuring timely access to appropriate mental health services globally.

Location: Remote (US) with a schedule of 12pm to 8pm EST Monday-Friday. Candidates must possess credentials in their US state of Residence.

What you will do

  • Utilize active listening and written communication skills to interact with and support patients via phone, chat, and emails in fluent languages.
  • Manage all care coordination needs, including platform sign-up, troubleshooting technical issues, gathering intake information, and scheduling appointments.
  • Conduct clinical needs assessments to develop a plan of action and refer members to appropriate levels and modalities of care.
  • Assess and synthesize information using clinical judgment to manage member crises, providing in-the-moment support, triage, safety planning, and follow-up.
  • Provide consultation, psycho-education, empathy, and motivational assistance for mental health, substance use, and family/relationship concerns.
  • Research and document crisis resources for members in different countries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a behavioral health field and licensure or certification as a Counselor, Social Worker, or Psychotherapist, psychologist in your US state of Residence.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience post-licensure.
  • Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills, comfortable interacting with members worldwide.
  • Must be comfortable using multiple computer platforms at the same time and learning new systems.
  • Motivated to provide a high-touch experience and outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment with constant change.

Nice to have

  • French Canadian or other language(s) fluency is a plus.
