What you will do

• Provide vision and leadership for the hirify.global One SASE platform, redefining engagement with CIOs and CISOs.
• Operate as a 'General Manager' across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Strategy for the domain.
• Lead the hirify.global One portfolio, inventing next-generation Access, Gateway, and WAN to unlock new Total Addressable Markets.
• Act as a key evangelist and storyteller, articulating a compelling vision for hirify.global's future development.
• Own and strategically manage the SASE product roadmap, prioritizing tactical decisions and long-term vision.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders (Product Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Customer Support) to drive adoption and ensure successful product delivery.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product management or closely related roles, with a focus on network and data security technologies (ZTNA, Gateways, DLP, CASB, data encryption, data classification, data privacy).
• Deep understanding of the network and security landscapes, including current trends, threats, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role (e.g., former founder, Sr. Director, VP, CTO), having built and scaled both products and teams.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with enterprise etiquette and a history of building products or ventures.
• Ability to pivot instantly from technical deep-dives to high-level strategic discussions.
• Strong passion for and a clear vision for how AI and Machine Learning can fundamentally transform current SASE solutions.

Nice to have

• Understanding and real-world experience working with all types of channel partners (VARs, MSP, MSSP).
• Computer Science degree or equivalent in-seat experience in product roles for technical products.
• Experience leading product integrations during post-merger acquisitions (M&A).
• Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and SD-WAN markets.
