Focus on leading and coaching a product team, establishing strong operating rhythms, and partnering with engineering and design to ensure reliable delivery and customer value, leveraging AI to improve efficiency.

Location: This is a hybrid role open to candidates within commuting distance of our South Salt Lake City headquarters. Must be located in Utah and open to working in-office 1-2 times a week.

What you will do

• Own and evolve the product vision and strategy for hirify.global Connect, grounded in customer needs, market context, and measurable outcomes.
• Define and drive the product roadmap, ensuring it reflects strategic priorities and is translated into clear, actionable plans.
• Lead, coach, and develop a small team of product managers, providing direction, removing obstacles, and raising the bar on product thinking and delivery.
• Establish strong operating rhythms and standards for product management (discovery, prioritization, decision-making, communication, launch readiness).
• Partner deeply with Engineering and Design leadership to align priorities, scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and communication, keeping leaders and cross-functional partners informed on strategy, progress, risks, and decision points.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product, including 2+ years leading product managers (Director level or equivalent).
• Experience building customer-facing B2B SaaS products (not internal tools).
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to automate work, accelerate product delivery, and improve product quality.
• Must be located in Utah and open to working in-office 1-2 times a week.
• Strong ownership, honesty, collaboration, and improvement mindset.
• Ability to inspire direct reports to improve and do better.
