Location: This position is a hybrid role, requiring the intern to work in our Clearwater, FL office 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday). Open to candidates in the greater Tampa Bay area. Interns are responsible for relocation (if needed) and lodging for the duration of the internship.

Salary: This is a paid internship.

What you will do

• Dive deep into cybersecurity awareness, focusing on single features for user learning experiences.
• Conduct surveys and interviews to understand evolving user needs.
• Craft functional specifications for security awareness scenarios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring product ideas to reality.
• Manage inputs to the community ideation pipeline and foster direct customer interaction.
• Gather, document, and refine requirements for product features.
• Help run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products.
• Manage and facilitate the defect triage process between product, support, and engineering.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled and working toward a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a similar collegiate program.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• Highly organized and result-oriented.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Strong collaborative and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
