Client Executive - Enterprise (AI): Drives customer transformation and expands hirify.global's business through its integrated cloud, data, storage, security, and AI platform with an accent on understanding customer goals and identifying whitespace opportunities. Focus on combining technical curiosity, business acumen, and solution expertise to guide customer transformation and maintain disciplined sales excellence using MEDDICC.

Location: Requires a candidate who resides in the greater NYC Metro Area. This is a hybrid role with some in-office and/or in-person expectations.

Salary: $274,550 – $355,300 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Deeply understand customer goals, challenges, risks, and connect them to hirify.global's unified platform and solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, combining technical curiosity, business acumen, and solution expertise to guide customer transformation.
  • Demonstrate a strong hunting mentality, identifying whitespace opportunities, new workloads, and expansion paths.
  • Maintain disciplined sales excellence, including pipeline management and forecast accuracy using MEDDICC.
  • Lead the orchestration of integrated pursuit teams and drive post-sales handoff to Customer Success.

Requirements

  • Understanding of hybrid cloud architectures, data and AI pipelines, consumption economics, and translating technology decisions into KPI impact.
  • Experience building ROI/TCO models, structuring deal economics, and guiding executives through financial decisions.
  • Credible executive seller with the ability to tailor discovery, storytelling, and value cases to distinct buying personas.
  • Strong communication skills, able to translate complexity into clear next steps.
  • Resides in the greater NYC Metro Area.
  • English: B2 required.
