Location: Hybrid with up to 60 days/year to work from anywhere. Proficiency in English and German and Euro-based benefits suggest a European base.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding programs for new team members.
  • Create, curate, and maintain engaging enablement content, including training materials, product guides, and sales methodology decks.
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtually, on product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Implement processes for capturing and analyzing data related to enablement initiatives, leveraging Salesforce.
  • Identify and implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Underwriting teams to align enablement efforts with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in enablement, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment, ideally with experience in financial services.
  • Strong expertise in developing and delivering effective onboarding and training programs.
  • Hands-on experience in content creation and managing content repositories.
  • Proficiency in enablement platforms (e.g., Docebo, Articulate, Gong) and Google Workspace.
  • Proficiency in data capture and analysis, with knowledge of Salesforce for reporting.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English and German is required.
