What you will do
- Understand the needs of workflow and admin users, especially for complex configurations.
- Leverage agentic AI for workflow configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Establish shared vision and roadmap across engineering and platform teams.
- Lead the evolution of configurations to normalized, reusable global capabilities, including data modeling and migration.
- Design and ship data cleanup and migration tooling for existing customers.
- Own rollout and adoption of the workflow designer with Customer Outcomes and Solutions teams.
- Define and analyze metrics for product prioritization and decision-making.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, specifically on platform, configuration tooling, or admin-facing products.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for understanding admin and legal ops users.
- Working knowledge of agentic AI concepts and frameworks.
- Recognized as a collaborative and influential leader, comfortable with cross-pillar stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset, thrives in complexity and intricate edge cases.
- Strong track record of owning end-to-end initiatives and launching impactful platform capabilities.
- Keen eye for system-level thinking and untangling complexity in configuration models.
- Technically inquisitive with the willingness to dig into technical details.
- Exceptional product sense and strategic thinking, balancing long-term investments with usability.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, comfortable defining and using metrics.
