Location: This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most hirify.globals have the option to work from home on Wednesdays.

Salary: $37,000 - $47,167 PLN gross per month

What you will do

• Lead execution of new offerings for key customer segments, building capabilities for client revenue needs end-to-end.
• Architect Value Discovery Systems to help users find "the next best action" and ensure active, successful collaboration.
• Develop low-friction ways for Enterprise leads to test-drive complex configurations, reducing time-to-value.
• Use product telemetry and customer feedback to identify "unhealthy" accounts and build product levers for high-growth usage.
• Navigate high-stakes 'big bets' by proactively identifying critical hurdles and determining the most efficient path forward.
• Lead a high-performing team and partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Marketing) to drive product strategy.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a senior individual contributor (Senior, Staff, or Principal PM level) leading difficult, ambitious, and ambiguous initiatives.
• Deep understanding of user needs, leveraging quantitative data and qualitative research (UXR DIY toolkit) for decisions.
• Excellence in simplifying complexity, creating and evangelizing inspiring roadmaps for team and company-wide stakeholders.
• Strong background in hypothesis-driven development and A/B testing, using data to make courageous, informed decisions.
• Growth mindset: open, curious, and humble, actively seeking diverse perspectives and using conflict for co-creation.
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity.
