What you will do

• Operate and monitor internal data communication systems.
• Utilize monitoring tools and applications to ensure operational efficiency for customer environments.
• Support and troubleshoot customer network issues from beginning to end.
• Coordinate support with ISP vendors to address repairs and outages.
• Assist customers with timely resolution of complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming license(s).
• 2+ years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or technical support environment.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting routers and switches.
• Intermediate knowledge of server hardware, peripherals, and networking devices.
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems and standard Windows applications.
