What you will do

• Build trusted relationships and manage stakeholders.
• Define and deliver measurable success metrics that align initiatives with business outcomes.
• Understand and document business processes, requirements, and pain points.
• Analyze and propose new solutions to improve business performance.
• Manage the agile development process, including sprint and release planning.
• Contribute to the overall management and development of the IS Product Management Practice.

Requirements

• Demonstrated Product Management or Business Analyst experience in SaaS implementations.
• Ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders.
• Intermediate knowledge of standard Salesforce features.
• Proven success managing complex projects across multiple functional groups.
• Experience using Agile Methodologies such as scrum.
• Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to pivot and reprioritize across multiple projects.

Nice to have

• Salesforce and Scrum Master certification preferred.
