Product Owner (Fintech)

What you will do

• Oversee product development throughout its lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, managing the product backlog and roadmap.
• Design, refine, and document end-to-end solutions across the application landscape, including business and IT requirements.
• Work within one of our scrum squads that are fully responsible for their applications from code to production (DevOps).
• Plan the squad’s activities and manage different deadlines, project and release timelines.
• Take ownership and end-to-end responsibility for the squad’s applications.
• Strongly collaborate with squad members and various stakeholders to ensure the squad delivers robust, highly available, and performant software.

Requirements

• Higher degree in IT, Management, or related fields.
• Relevant working experience (at least 3 years) as a Product Owner or Project Manager in an Agile environment.
• Eagerness to take application ownership and embrace responsibilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the payment business.
• Experience in working in international and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with cloud-based applications and knowledge of Java technology.
