What you will do
- Oversee product development throughout its lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, managing the product backlog and roadmap.
- Design, refine, and document end-to-end solutions across the application landscape, including business and IT requirements.
- Work within one of our scrum squads that are fully responsible for their applications from code to production (DevOps).
- Plan the squad’s activities and manage different deadlines, project and release timelines.
- Take ownership and end-to-end responsibility for the squad’s applications.
- Strongly collaborate with squad members and various stakeholders to ensure the squad delivers robust, highly available, and performant software.
Requirements
- Higher degree in IT, Management, or related fields.
- Relevant working experience (at least 3 years) as a Product Owner or Project Manager in an Agile environment.
- Eagerness to take application ownership and embrace responsibilities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1).
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the payment business.
- Experience in working in international and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with cloud-based applications and knowledge of Java technology.
