What you will do
- Serve as the end-to-end Product Owner for a highly customized Salesforce environment (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud).
- Own backlog prioritization, roadmap sequencing, and scope trade-offs across Sales, Revenue Operations, and Leadership stakeholders.
- Translate business objectives into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
- Provide functional oversight of Salesforce integrations with tools like Gong, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Partner with architects and developers to ensure scalable solutions and lead complex production issue resolution.
- Act as the primary interface between US-based business stakeholders and technical teams, confidently facilitating discussions.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in Salesforce-focused Product Owner, Product Manager, or Senior Business Systems roles.
- Demonstrated experience owning complex Salesforce implementations in global or enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations, particularly within sales and revenue technology stacks.
- Experience working closely with Sales and Revenue Leadership stakeholders.
- Professional background aligned to B2B Sales, Financial Services, or SaaS environments.
- Willingness to work US Eastern hours and comfortable working directly with senior US-based stakeholders in real time.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, automation, permissions, and integration patterns.
