What you will do
- Generate, prioritize, and elaborate user stories and use-cases from stakeholders to deliver high-value products aligned with strategic goals.
- Manage product backlog, sprint planning, and collaborate with development and UX/UI teams to ensure quality feature delivery.
- Lead client-facing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, facilitating sessions and managing feedback and change requests.
- Serve as a bridge between clients, development, and QA teams to streamline product lifecycle and improve team efficiency.
- Define and analyze product metrics to inform data-driven decisions and drive continuous product improvement.
- Act as subject matter expert on financial services workflows, regulations, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Canada with hybrid work in Montreal.
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written) for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst in SaaS or financial services.
- Advanced proficiency with JIRA, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and product management tools.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, UAT processes, and change management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
