What you will do

• Shape the vision and strategic direction for the product line, guiding the product team effectively.
• Lead the definition of product line strategy and roadmaps, identifying key business opportunities.
• Uncover customer pain points and identify market opportunities through direct interaction with customers and analysts.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships and relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with agile development teams to deliver products, engaging in technical conversations.
• Manage all aspects of product capability throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Creative problem solver and innovator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in product management, preferably in a related industry or field.
• Familiarity with top Pay products solution companies and their offerings.
• Strong experience in conducting market research, customer feedback, user testing, and data analysis.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in using agile methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and willingness to collaborate with distributed teams across different time zones.
