What you will do

• Manage logistical and coordination tasks for over 100 annual events, including registrations, booth orders, and vendor interactions.
• Establish and maintain rigorous processes for tracking departmental swag and show supplies, overseeing inventory and ordering.
• Take ownership of the event tech stack (Salesforce, Tableau, Airtable, Captello, Cvent) to improve ROI reporting.
• Provide extensive support to the Events department through meticulous expense management and budget tracking.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in event management within a high-growth environment managing a large volume of recurring events.
• Proven experience with sales-driven events and a deep understanding of how events contribute to the revenue pipeline.
• Strong technical skills in Salesforce, with the ability to build reports that track ROI and event performance.
• Exceptional organizational capabilities with a disciplined approach to project management and inventory control.
• Must be authorized to work remotely in the US.
• Willingness to engage in the physical aspects of event production, such as setting up booths and managing onsite logistics.
