TL;DR

Senior Consultant (CX Transformation): Supporting the sales and delivery of innovative transformation solutions in Customer Service or Marketing with an accent on market & competitive analysis, customer research, and business development. Focus on synthesizing research into compelling insights for executive decision-making and engaging with clients through workshops and strategic discussions.

Location: Based in New York with ability to travel up to 75% to client sites. Benefits are specific to US and Canada residents.

Salary: $112,600 to $212,700

What you will do

  • Conduct market & competitive analysis to identify trends, white space opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative customer research to uncover needs and validate opportunities.
  • Synthesize research into clear, compelling insights and client presentations for executive decision-making.
  • Engage with clients through workshops, stakeholder interviews, and strategic discussions.
  • Contribute to business development efforts through research, proposal development, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in two or more of the following areas: strategy consulting, marketing/sales/service strategy & activation, transformation & operating model strategy, innovation & design strategy, or commercial/financial modeling.
  • Demonstrated successful engagement in the delivery of digital projects and services.
  • Experience in working on solutions for Financial Services or Consumer Products.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly at a management level, with fluent English written and oral presentation skills.
  • Highly structured and conceptual mindset coupled with strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving aptitude.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% to client sites, when required.
