What you will do

  • Lead integrated business planning across GPU supply allocations, rack integration, network, and power/cooling infrastructure readiness.
  • Drive and maintain a rolling 12–24 month global capacity roadmap and lead executive S&OP cadence.
  • Own constrained allocation modeling and conduct scenario planning for accelerated AI demand spikes and rapid commercial growth.
  • Partner with Strategic Sourcing on capacity reservations and long-term supplier agreements to mitigate deployment bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in capacity planning, infrastructure strategy, supply chain planning, or large-scale operations leadership.
  • Experience operating in hyperscale, cloud infrastructure, semiconductor, AI, or hardware-intensive environments.
  • Strong understanding of GPU supply dynamics, networking infrastructure, racks, and power/cooling systems.
  • Proven experience leading executive-level S&OP processes and integrated business planning.
  • Strong financial acumen, capital planning experience, and advanced modeling capabilities.
  • Experience managing global infrastructure deployments across multiple sites with strong executive communication skills.
