Location: Hybrid, Krakow, Poland. Supporting hiring across hirify.global’s businesses and corporate functions in Poland.

Salary: PLN 100,000–125,000

What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
• Leverage ATS & CRM technology to ensure an efficient and compliant recruitment process.
• Build strong partnerships with business and HR stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
• Proven sourcing and hiring capability at scale.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AI-enabled recruitment tools and their practical application.
• Technical recruitment experience within insurance.
