What you will do
- Lead and scale paid acquisition across Meta and Google to drive new member growth.
- Build full-funnel strategies aligned to revenue targets, budgets, and seasonal trends.
- Develop performance-led creative testing frameworks with in-house teams.
- Optimize automated CRM journeys to increase conversion, retention, and upsell.
- Deliver clear digital reporting across GA4, Looker Studio, and ad platforms.
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in B2C digital or performance marketing.
- Proven success scaling Meta and Google Ads with strong ROAS and CPA control.
- Hands-on CRM automation and lifecycle marketing expertise.
- Solid SEO knowledge with demonstrable ranking and traffic improvements.
- Confidence managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting against KPIs.
