What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth across a portfolio of managed accounts and own revenue forecasting.
  • Develop and execute customer-centric selling strategies.
  • Lead and strengthen Dolby’s relationships with selected consumer electronics device OEMs.
  • Identify and manage key intersection points, proactively removing barriers to closure and long-term commitments.
  • Mobilize internal global teams to execute account strategies and expand business relationships.
  • Serve as the voice of the partner and market to influence new product development and strategic direction.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales experience in consumer electronics, ideally within licensing or B2B technology sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new revenue and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Deep understanding of the U.S. consumer electronics landscape, particularly within audio and smart home segments.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience collaborating with legal and technical teams to navigate licensing frameworks and agreements.
  • BA/BS degree required or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • MBA or technical degree.
  • Established relationships with decision-makers at Harman, Bose, Sonos, and similar OEMs.
