What you will do
- Drive revenue growth across a portfolio of managed accounts and own revenue forecasting.
- Develop and execute customer-centric selling strategies.
- Lead and strengthen Dolby’s relationships with selected consumer electronics device OEMs.
- Identify and manage key intersection points, proactively removing barriers to closure and long-term commitments.
- Mobilize internal global teams to execute account strategies and expand business relationships.
- Serve as the voice of the partner and market to influence new product development and strategic direction.
Requirements
- 8+ years of sales experience in consumer electronics, ideally within licensing or B2B technology sales.
- Demonstrated ability to generate new revenue and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Deep understanding of the U.S. consumer electronics landscape, particularly within audio and smart home segments.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience collaborating with legal and technical teams to navigate licensing frameworks and agreements.
- BA/BS degree required or equivalent professional experience.

- MBA or technical degree.
- Established relationships with decision-makers at Harman, Bose, Sonos, and similar OEMs.
