What you will do

• Manage and deliver bespoke consulting projects, ensuring the highest levels of quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and deliver various projects concurrently, on time and to budget.
• Develop innovative solutions by leveraging knowledge and data assets across hirify.global businesses.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients in the automotive sector.
• Support sales teams in scoping projects, assessing requirements, and developing project pricing.

Requirements

• Strong academic record or analytical business experience, ideally with 2+ years in analytics, BI, or data-focused consulting.
• Experience in collating and analysing large datasets, simplifying complex data to draw out key trends and recommendations.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong core technical skills, including Excel and SQL knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of dealing with people up to Board level.
• Strong strategic thinking, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to convince clients of consulting propositions.
