Location: Remote (United States only). Visa sponsorship is NOT available.

Salary: $140,000–$190,000 (base pay range) plus commission.

What you will do

• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Alliance Managers and Associates.
• Design and execute the North America consulting partnership roadmap, aligning with revenue targets.
• Establish standardized playbooks for partner onboarding and enablement.
• Drive data-driven decision-making by tracking team KPIs and partner-sourced revenue via Salesforce.
• Build and deepen relationships with strategic partners, including Big Four and other top advisory firms.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Partner Marketing to ensure seamless workflows and specialized campaigns.

Requirements

• 8+ years in SaaS-based Technologies with experience in an Alliances role.
• Experience working in the Accounting Advisory/Consulting domain (Big 4 experience is a plus).
• Experience negotiating partner contracts with C-Level executives.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to travel 30%+.

Nice to have

• CPA and/or public accounting experience.
• Experience in ERP/accounting/financial management/financial ops domain and FinTech.
