Location: Plano, Texas, United States; Remote (CAN); Remote (US); Toronto, Ontario, Canada; Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Qualified candidates who reside outside of reach of office may be eligible for US-Remote or Canada-Remote consideration. The hybrid working model requires you to be in office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Salary: $112,000 - $140,000 + target variable compensation.

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with Consulting & Advisory firms.
• Identify and produce high-quality leads through engagements with partners.
• Coordinate with internal resources to enable partners and keep them engaged.
• Identify opportunities for new alliances and partnerships.
• Develop and enable a joint go-to-market message with strategic partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best solution.

Requirements

• 7+ Years in SaaS-based technologies.
• 5+ Years in Alliances & partner management.
• Experience working in the ERP / accounting / financial management / FinTech ecosystems.
• Strong ability to drive execution of strategic initiatives and tactics.
• Ability to understand and effectively communicate & demonstrate hirify.global's products.
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience required.
