What you will do
- Provide customer service to Dutch-speaking fans via chat, email, and phone.
- Resolve seller mistakes and identify preventative measures.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and productivity targets.
- Manage customer conversations using Intercom.
- Identify recurring issues and share insights with the CX team.
- Support during peak moments or holidays.
Requirements
- Native level Dutch and fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Some experience in a professional or customer support environment.
- Comfortable communicating with customers via chat, email, and phone.
- Calm, clear, and friendly communication skills.
- Available for 24-32 hours per week, including at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday, 10:00–18:00) weekly.
- Stress-resistant and adaptable to change.
- Eligible to work in Amsterdam.
Nice to have
- Experience with Intercom or similar support software.
- Interest in live events, music, sports, or culture.
