What you will do
- Enable and activate customers during their journey, ensuring smooth onboarding and product adoption.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and surface them to the commercially focused team for follow-up.
- Manage a high-volume customer portfolio with the goal to improve retention.
- Serve as a key connector across Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Product teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, SaaS, or e-commerce.
- 1+ years of relevant experience as Customer Success, Account Manager, Customer Service Agent, or other customer-facing roles.
- Commercially driven mindset with experience in upsell, renewals, or opportunity spotting.
- Comfortable navigating complex setups and cross-functional challenges.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Must be based in the Netherlands and eligible to work here.
