What you will do

• Act as a core partner in the implementation, rollout, and optimization of a new PSA platform.
• Lead analysis and design scalable end-to-end operational processes, creating SOPs and enablement materials.
• Develop operational reporting and analytics, translating complex data into insights and defining KPIs.
• Partner with the Global Operations Director on strategic initiatives like process transformation and tooling enhancements.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption of system and process changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–9 years of experience in services operations, business operations, or systems/process roles, preferably within SaaS or technology.
• Demonstrated experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools or services delivery systems.
• Strong experience with Salesforce in an operational or systems capacity.
• Experience using Jira for operational tracking or cross-functional initiatives.
• Advanced experience in Power BI, including building dashboards and complex analysis.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable operational processes.
