What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day operational stability of Finance and Procurement systems, including billing, payroll, and Coupa integrations into NetSuite.
• Execute, reconcile, and automate data migration processes.
• Operate a structured BAU Service Management model, including intake, Jira management, and prioritization.
• Act as the escalation point for critical incidents and data failures.
• Ensure audit readiness, controls, and operational documentation, and manage key stakeholders.
• Identify and deliver automation opportunities across BAU processes, applying AI-driven capabilities for data quality, error classification, and trend analysis.

Requirements

• Proven experience in large global transformation programs for finance or operations roles with in-depth knowledge of accounting processes and ERP systems.
• Sound understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and regulatory requirements (GAAP, IFRS, SOX) across multiple jurisdictions.
• In-depth knowledge of implementing and optimizing Oracle’s NetSuite OneWorld solution or other major ERP solutions for complex global companies.
• Experience tackling complex accounting scenarios and collaborating with business teams to create solutions.
• Ability to optimize discrete and end-to-end operations in Oracle NetSuite OneWorld implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, CIMA/ACCA, with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
