What you will do

• Lead requirements analysis and documentation for Salesforce-based GTM workflows across the lead-to-order lifecycle.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and future-state process designs.
• Drive UAT planning and execution, ensuring all teams are aligned and ready for go-live.
• Develop user guides, process documentation, training materials, and troubleshooting resources.
• Mentor Business Analyst peers, set documentation standards, and act as a go-to resource for complex problem-solving.

Requirements

• Strong background in Salesforce platforms such as CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, billing, or quote-to-cash.
• Deep understanding of GTM processes including lead routing, opportunity management, quoting, and renewals.
• Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Expertise in requirements elicitation, user story writing, BPMN, and data flows.
• Experience creating UAT scripts, test plans, and partnering closely with QA teams.
• Ability to confidently communicate complex GTM workflows to diverse technical and business audiences.
• Work format: Hybrid based in Lexington, MA, United States.
