What you will do
- Define and architect a comprehensive global strategy and roadmap for the disputes domain.
- Lead the strategy and development of a world-class dispute API and merchant dashboard features.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on disputes, translating regulatory changes into product features.
- Optimize key performance indicators, including win rates and representment rates, using data.
- Partner with Legal, Treasury, and Dispute Operations to automate internal workflows and scale operational capacity.
- Collaborate with card networks and third-party data providers to integrate cutting-edge tools.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of product management experience in disputes, payment processing, or fintech.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to collaborate effectively across functions for end-to-end automation.
- Technical fluency, comfortable discussing API documentation and system architecture with engineering leads.
- Strong analytical skills to leverage data in determining product decisions and prioritization.
- High EQ and the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Effective communication skills to inspire and simplify complex concepts for various audiences.
