Location: Hybrid, based in Amsterdam, Netherlands (office-first, hybrid possible). Must be based in or near Amsterdam (max 1 hour commute) and eligible to work there.

What you will do

• Investigate buyer and seller disputes, ticket issues, and refund requests using available evidence and internal tools.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically, while maintaining consistent decision-making.
• Apply policy and judgment to achieve fair outcomes that protect user trust and financial correctness.
• Utilize templates, tooling, and AI responsibly to ensure efficiency without compromising decision quality.
• Escalate high-risk or unclear cases with strong contextual information.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Part-time availability (24-32 hours a week, Monday to Friday from 09:00 - 18:00).
• Ability to write clearly and professionally in English, explaining decisions calmly and confidently.
• Strong digital fluency, capable of quickly and accurately navigating tools and systems.
• Empathetic yet firm when evidence or policy dictates, making good decisions under ambiguity.
• Curiosity about AI and automation, using it carefully to protect trust.

• Additional languages are a plus.
