What you will do

• Architect and optimise scalable ML systems, focusing on computer vision applications.
• Develop and productionise deep learning models using Python and modern ML frameworks.
• Align research, engineering, and product goals through hands-on leadership.
• Support junior team members and promote best practices in ML development.
• Collaborate directly with enterprise clients to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.
• Evaluate and implement new AI tools and methodologies to enhance performance and scalability.

Requirements

• Applied AI Expertise: 5+ years building ML systems, especially in computer vision.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Hands-on experience deploying ML models in production environments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (ideally AWS) and scalable data pipelines.
• Ability to work across teams and communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Analytical thinking and a focus on continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience applying AI in insurance, automotive, or similar sectors.
• Background in large language models or conversational AI.
• Proven success scaling ML solutions in production.
